By accessing or using the Application, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Use.

1. Definitions

1.1 Application
The digital game MEMHUNT, available to Users through Telegram.
1.2 User / you / your
Any natural person having access to or using the Application.
1.3 Company
AppRush Corp., BVI, Reg. No. 2180322, registered at Intershore Chambers, Road Town, Tortola, VG1110.
1.4 Agreement
These Terms of Use, establishing the rules for using the Application.
1.5 Account
User account created to access the Application’s functionality.
1.6 Virtual Items
Characters, weapons, chests and other digital elements forming part of the gameplay.
1.7 In-Game Rewards
Digital items granted to the User as a result or reward for gameplay actions.
1.8 Token
Digital item obtainable through an Airdrop.
1.9 Interface
Visible parts of the Application, including control and navigation elements.
1.10 Telegram
Third-party messenger used to access the Application.
1.11 In-Game Purchases
Voluntary acquisitions by the User for real money through Telegram’s payment methods. All purchases are final and non-refundable.

2. Acceptance of the Agreement

  1. By accessing the Application via Telegram, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the Application.
  2. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that:
    1. You are of legal age and capacity to use the Application.
    2. All actions in the Application are performed at your own risk; Virtual Items and Rewards have no monetary value.
    3. You will not use the Application for fraud, hacking, malware, or illegal purposes. The Company may restrict or block your Account and remove items obtained fraudulently.
    4. You understand the risks of loss of Virtual Items or progress; the Company is not liable for data loss.
    5. You acknowledge third-party integrations (payment systems, ads, Telegram APIs) — the Company is not responsible for them.
    6. Proper functioning depends on your device, Internet connection, and Telegram performance.
    7. You agree with Section 6 (Disclaimer).
    8. You have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
    9. You understand that ads may contain links to third-party resources outside the Company’s responsibility.

3. Updating the Agreement

  1. The Company may change or update the Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication in the Application.
  2. You are responsible for reviewing the current version. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
  3. Violation may result in Account restriction or termination without notice.

4. The Application and its Functionality

4.1 General

The Application is a Mini Telegram App for interactive gameplay, tasks, and battles with virtual enemies. Rewards and progress remain saved after a loss.

4.2 Access and Account

Authorization via Telegram is required. The User is responsible for Account security and any actions performed through it.

4.3 Virtual Items

  • Free starter kit upon first launch.
  • Items obtainable via gameplay, rewards, ads, or purchases.
  • Licensed for in-app use only, with no real-world value.

4.4 In-Game Rewards

  • Coins: Earned via activity, ads, referrals, or purchased; used for upgrades.
  • Crystals: Earned via achievements or purchased; used for boosts and premium features.
  • Gold Tickets: Earned via tournaments/events/referrals; used for raffles or rankings.
  • Ad-based rewards require full, fair viewing; not guaranteed.

4.5 In-Game Purchases

Voluntary purchases through Telegram payment providers. The Company does not store User funds. All purchases are final.

4.6 Referral Program

Allows Users to invite others via personal links and receive rewards. Spam, fake accounts, and abuse are prohibited.

4.7 Other Mechanics

  • Tasks: Rewards for completing missions shown in the Interface.
  • Tournaments: Competitive events; conditions may change without notice.
  • Airdrop: Tokens may be distributed at the Company’s discretion; entertainment-only and non-compensable.

5. Intellectual Property

  1. All content, design, mechanics, and media remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.
  2. Logos, names, and trademarks are protected by IP laws and international agreements.
  3. No copying, modification, or distribution without written consent. Virtual Items and Rewards remain part of the Application’s content.
  4. References to third-party products are for information only.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

  • The Application is provided “as is” without warranties.
  • The Company is not responsible for third-party payment systems or data inaccuracies.
  • No guarantee of uninterrupted operation or data preservation.
  • User is solely responsible for Account security.
  • The Company is not liable for hacks, data leaks, or cyberattacks.
  • Features may change or be suspended without notice.
  • For entertainment purposes only; no real-world benefits guaranteed.
  • Virtual Items and Rewards are not currency.
  • The Company is not affiliated with Telegram.
  • No liability for loss of items, rewards, or progress.
  • No compensation for damages or losses.

7. Prohibited Actions

Users must not:

  • Use bots, emulators, macros, or cheat tools.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify source code.
  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
  • Create fake or duplicate accounts or manipulate statistics.
  • Sell or transfer Accounts, Items, or Tokens without consent.
  • Perform actions that damage or overload servers or networks.

Violations may lead to Account suspension or permanent ban without compensation.

8. Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in the separate Privacy Policy. Please review it before using the Application.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims or damages arising from:

  • Violation of this Agreement
  • Improper use of the Application
  • Actions via your Account
  • Non-compliance with laws
  • Third-party claims related to your actions or interactions with ads/services

10. Termination of Access

  • The Company may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, or illegal activity.
  • You may stop using the Application anytime by deleting your Account.
  • The Company may delete associated items or rewards upon termination.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands.

12. Dispute Resolution

  1. Disputes should first be resolved by contacting the Company via […].
  2. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of the British Virgin Islands.
