This section provides definitions of terms used in this Privacy Policy. These definitions shall apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.
1.1 Application – the digital game MEMHUNT, available to Users through the Telegram messenger.
1.2 User / you / your – any natural person having access to or using the Application.
1.3 Account – a user account created by the User to access the functionality of the Application (including a guest account or linking to third-party services/messengers).
1.4 Telegram – a third-party messenger through which the User is granted access to the Application.
1.5 Company / we / our / us – AppRush Corp., a legal entity incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands, registration number 2180322, registered office: Intershore Chambers, Road Town, Tortola, VG1110. The Company is the rights holder of the Application and all exclusive rights thereto.
1.6 Personal Data / Data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, processed by the Company in connection with the use of the Application.
1.7 Processing – any operation or set of operations performed on Personal Data, including collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation, retrieval, use, disclosure, or deletion.
1.8 Advertising Networks – means independent third-party services integrated into the Application via Telegram for the purpose of displaying in-game advertisements and optional promotional content that may offer voluntary rewards to Users. Such networks operate under their own privacy policies and may collect limited technical or contextual information (such as country or Telegram ID) solely for ad delivery, performance measurement, and reward calculation.
2.1 We do not intentionally collect sensitive information, such as data revealing your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership, genetic or biometric data, or information concerning your health or sexual orientation.
2.2 The types of information we may collect include:
2.2.1 Personal Data: Telegram username, display name, and Telegram ID necessary to create and maintain your Account within the Application; social-media identifiers (such as Twitter / X user ID or username) if the User connects their social-media account to the Application for participation in events, referral programs, or social tasks; identifiers or account IDs from third-party services voluntarily linked by the User (for example, Binance, Bybit, OKX, or similar exchanges) for participation in promotional campaigns or reward-based programs; blockchain wallet information (such as a TON wallet address) used to process in-game transactions, verify rewards, or enable blockchain-based features within the Application; and basic contact details such as an email address or phone number if voluntarily provided by the User for communication or support purposes. The Company may also process profile information that you have made publicly available on Telegram and that is accessible to the Application under Telegram’s API rules.
2.2.2 Technical and Gameplay Information: Device information, including device model, operating system version, browser type, and language settings; IP address and approximate location (such as country or region) derived from technical data or User-provided information; log data, gameplay activity, and progress metrics, including statistics related to virtual Items, levels, and in-game achievements, used to ensure proper functioning of the Application and synchronization of the User’s progress; and transactional information related to In-Game Purchases or reward processing (such as payment identifiers and purchase confirmation details), which may be collected by Telegram or its integrated payment providers but are not stored by the Company.
2.2.3 Communication Information: Data provided by the User during communication with the Company, including inquiries, feedback, or requests submitted via official support channels or email.
3.1 We do not knowingly collect or process any sensitive or special categories of Personal Data, including information revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership, genetic or biometric data, health information, or any other Data classified as sensitive under applicable laws. We also do not knowingly collect or process any Personal Data of individuals under the age of 18 (or the age of legal majority in the relevant jurisdiction where the User resides or accesses the Application).
3.2 The Data we collect may be used for the following purposes:
3.2.1 Application Functionality and Maintenance: To enable the creation and operation of the User’s Account, ensure stable gameplay performance, save progress, synchronize in-game statistics, and provide access to the core features of the Application.
3.2.2 Improvement and Development: To analyze gameplay behavior, technical performance, and User feedback for the purpose of enhancing the quality, usability, and stability of the Application, as well as developing new game features and content.
3.2.3 User Communication and Support: To process inquiries, feedback, or reports submitted by the User, provide technical assistance, and notify about significant updates, security alerts, or changes to the Application.
3.2.4 Safety and Compliance: To detect, prevent, and address technical errors, fraudulent activity, security threats, or violations of the Terms of Use, and to ensure compliance with applicable laws and platform policies (including those of Telegram and integrated payment providers).
3.2.5 Advertising and Voluntary Rewards: To offer optional in-game advertisements and reward-based activities, such as viewing promotional content or completing social tasks, where participation is voluntary and aimed at enhancing the User’s gaming experience.
4.1 The Company does not sell, lease, or otherwise share Personal Data with external parties, except in the limited circumstances described below. Any disclosure of Personal Data occurs strictly within the scope necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy.
4.1.1 With Your Consent: Information may be shared with third parties only if you have expressly authorized such sharing, including in cases of voluntary participation in promotional activities, tournaments, or referral programs within the Application.
4.1.2 Third-Party Service Providers: The Company may engage trusted external service providers or individuals to support the operation and maintenance of the Application, ensure technical stability, process analytics, or handle limited payment-related operations. These parties are granted access to Personal Data solely to perform their assigned functions and are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable data protection requirements. Such third-party services may include, including but not limited to, analytical and monitoring tools such as Unity Analytics and Google Analytics, which are used to collect aggregated statistical data on technical performance, user engagement, and gameplay behavior in order to enhance the quality, stability, and overall user experience of the Application.
4.1.3 Telegram and Integrated Services: As the Application operates through Telegram, certain information (such as your Telegram username, display name, and Telegram ID) may be processed by Telegram in accordance with its own Privacy Policy and API terms. 4.1.4 Advertising Networks: The Application may integrate Advertising Networks to display optional in-game advertisements and offer voluntary rewards for ad viewing or participation. These networks may automatically collect limited technical or contextual information necessary for ad delivery and performance measurement, including but not limited to the User’s approximate location (such as country or region), device type, and Telegram ID. The Company does not sell or directly transfer Personal Data to these networks and is not responsible for their independent Data Processing activities, which are governed by their own privacy policies.
Integrated advertising partners may include, but are not limited to, the following:
4.1.5 Compliance with Legal Obligations: The Company may disclose Personal Data when required to do so by applicable law, court orders, or regulatory authorities, or when such disclosure is necessary to protect the Company’s legal rights, investigate fraud, or ensure the security and integrity of the Application.
5.1 The Application may use cookies or similar technologies to enhance your interaction and overall experience. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help the Company recognize your preferences, maintain session integrity, and improve the performance of the Application.
5.2 The Company may use the following types of cookies:
5.2.1 Essential Cookies: Used to ensure the core functionality and security of the Application, such as maintaining your session, storing temporary game data, and enabling access to basic features.
5.2.2 Functional Cookies: Designed to remember your preferences and personalize the User’s experience - for example, saving selected language, sound settings, or display options within the Application.
5.2.3 Performance Cookies: Used to collect anonymous technical Data on how the Application is used, including loading times, gameplay stability, and navigation efficiency, in order to optimize performance.
5.2.4 Analytics Cookies: Allow the Company to analyze aggregated usage statistics and understand how Users interact with the Application, helping to improve game design, balance, and overall user engagement.
6.1 Any person whose Personal Data are collected or processed through the Application is granted the rights listed below. The Company guarantees that all such rights are exercised in accordance with this Privacy Policy and are handled in a lawful, transparent, and timely manner.
6.1.1 Right to Access: Users may request confirmation of whether their Personal Data is being processed, obtain a copy of such Data, and receive information about its categories, sources, and purposes of Processing.
6.1.2 Right to Rectification: Users may request correction or updating of any inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated Personal Data to ensure its accuracy and relevance.

6.1.4 Right to Restrict or Withdraw Consent: Where the User’s consent serves as the legal basis for Data Processing (for example, participation in promotional activities or data-sharing features), the User may withdraw such consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior Processing.
6.1.5 Right to File Complaints: Users may raise concerns or submit formal complaints regarding the handling or protection of their Personal Data through the Company’s official contact channels or to the competent data protection authority.
6.1.6 Data Retention and Deletion: The Company retains Personal Data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy or to comply with applicable legal obligations. The Company may, at its sole discretion, delete or choose not to store Personal Data that is no longer required for operational, legal, or security reasons.

8.1 The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in legal requirements, industry standards, or the functionality of the Application. The updated version of the Policy will always be available within the Application or through other official channels of the Company.

The date of the latest update is indicated at the top of this document, and continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
